For post-renovation painting, we already know the space. We know what was patched, what was primed, and what needs extra attention. We don't have to be briefed on a stranger's job. We finish what we started, at the same standard.

For exterior painting, surface preparation is everything. Cleaning, scraping, sanding, priming, and addressing any underlying damage before paint goes on.
